MS Walk is a fun, family-friendly community event where people come together to show their support for Canadians living with MS. All our Walk events across the country happen on the same day, taking place on Sunday, May 31st in 2026. Volunteer roles may include event setup, registration support, route marshalling, and finish line coordination. It's a great way to get outside, meet amazing people in the MS community, and contribute to meaningful change.
MS Bike is a 2-day challenge that brings cyclists of all levels to ride towards a world free of MS. It's a high-energy event that takes place on different dates across Canada, so be sure to check your local event dates. Volunteer roles may include registration support, rest stop assistance, and route marshalling to keep riders safe and energized throughout the challenge.
Community Engagement & Other Opportunities
Beyond our signature MS Walk and MS Bike events, we also offer additional volunteer roles throughout the year. Opportunities range from community engagement roles to region-specific positions.
